By downloading, installing, or using the ScamKiller application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The App is operated by Dry Carbon Clean Assets Pty Ltd, ABN 31 701 696 004 ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

ScamKiller is an AI-powered scam detection service that analyses text, links, phone numbers, and screenshots to identify potential scams and fraud. The service provides risk assessments and recommendations but does not guarantee the detection of all scams.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You agree not to misuse the service or use it for any unlawful purpose
• You will not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App

4. Subscriptions & Payments

ScamKiller offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our AI will detect every scam or that all results will be correct. ScamKiller is a tool to assist your judgement, not a replacement for it. You should always exercise caution with suspicious communications.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dry Carbon Clean Assets Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from scams that were not detected by the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including its AI models, algorithms, design, and content, are owned by Dry Carbon Clean Assets Pty Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App in accordance with these terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
